Over the centuries, only a small percentage of what is known about Moo Doe history has come from any written record. Instead, this history has been passed from generation to generation through closely guarded oral tradition. Although little is written, Chinese art and sculpture dating back thousands of years depicts Traditional Martial Arts.
While the details of Moo Doe have been safeguarded, the result is evident: improved mental, physical, and spiritual strength. Throughout history, countless Traditional Martial Arts practitioners have meticulously followed proper training steps to achieve these long-term gains.
